Jae Shaun leads Cradle Fund’s Innovation Advisory & Special Projects Unit, driving high-impact programmes that connect corporates, startups, and ecosystem players. Balancing innovation delivery and strategic advisory, he designs corporate innovation labs, ecosystem advisory services, and cross-sector collaborations. His work focuses on building sustainable, inclusive innovation ecosystems and positioning Cradle Fund as a key regional enabler through strategic partnerships and technology-driven growth.

Legal Advisor, F&B Retail Chain

Wong Kang Xian is the Managing Partner of Y Kong, Wong & Partners, overseeing teams across diverse practice areas. A Multimedia University LLB (Hons) graduate, he specialises in corporate and commercial law, franchising, licensing, and cross-border investments. Trusted by startups and global corporations alike, he also serves as Legal Advisor for listed companies, retail chains, etc, offering strategic legal and business guidance.

Sam Shafie is the Co-Founder and CEO of pitchIN, a Securities Commission–regulated platform that has helped over 190 companies raise more than RM380 million through equity and token crowdfunding. He also co-founded WatchTower and Friends (WTF), investing in 70+ startups. A UKM Law graduate and former Deputy Public Prosecutor, Sam is a founding member of MBAN and Malaysia’s 2023 Fintech Ecosystem Builder of the Year.
